One of the highlights here at Ewan Bramley, is that we have our very own lab at the Practice. This gives us the flexibility to create all dental appliances in house; all your crowns, aligners, retainers, bridges, braces, everything is made right here at the Practice.
But what does this mean for you? Well, it means you aren’t waiting for any of your dental appliances! Typically, you could wait 2 weeks for your clear aligners or retainers to be made, but with us, it could be done next day! It also means if you break or damage anything, we can repair it straight away, which is vital to reduce any delays in treatment.
Phil, one of our Dental Technicians, is an expert in his field, he has over 30 year’s experience creating teeth, all the implants, crowns, bridges! Phil can come and see you during one of your appointments and personally design match your new teeth to your existing teeth, right down to the shades and grooves. He will work closely with you to ensure they are perfect!
Caron manufacturers all the orthodontic appliances; aligners, clarity braces, retainers etc. She uses the 3D scans or impressions taken by the dentists and turns them into reality. Typically, you could wait for more than a week for a dental appliance but we can do it straight away. A service completely unique to us. Caron absolutely loves her job
Reza, our Lab Manager, ensures all jobs are completed on time and to the highest quality. He’s also investing in the latest software and technology for the Lab to continually improve the service we can provide to you, next step is increasing the capacity in the lab with the arrival of our new milling machine and 3D printers. These machines will dramatically reduce the lead time of appliances, great for us and you!
