Dear Valued Patients,
As many of you already know, on January 24th 2025, we officially purchased the practice from Ewan. Having worked at the practice for nearly five years most of you will have met one, or both of us. Firstly, we want to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support of the practice and for the many kind words we have received over the past few weeks and months. We are incredibly excited about the future and will do everything we can to ensure you continue to receive the same high-quality care you have come to expect.
We are delighted to announce that the practice will now be called Union Quay Dental. We believe it is important to maintain a strong relationship with the community and the people of North Shields. Therefore, we chose a name that reflects our location and is easily recognisable.
Over the next few weeks and months, you will notice changes to the signage and shop front, but this may take some time. More importantly, communication will begin coming from Union Quay Dental, such as emails, invoices, direct debits, etc. If you have any concerns about the legitimacy of any of these communications, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us via email at reception@unionquaydental.co.uk
We are extremely excited about the future and have big plans to modernise the practice and expand the team. We want to continue to grow with your support so you will see lots of new faces over the coming months, some of which you can find inside this edition. We will endeavour to keep you updated as always through the monthly tooth and thank you once again for your continued support.
